We appreciated Eric was easy to talk to and was honest about which questions he did/didn’t know the answers to.
We wish it was made more clear that signing the general document with Eric, stating what we were willing to pay was actually the time to negotiate. We thought that would happen in the finance office, which we learned upon getting to that phase was too late to negotiate.

We went to the dealer planning to purchase this make and model, but we appreciate he answered some general questions about how the hybrid works, being this is our first one.
Please tell us how Eric helped you with your 2025 Mazda Cx-50 Hybrid
Generally speaking it was a smooth process. We are very disappointed with the finance department advising us that if we notify them the following business day if we wanted to add GAP or warrant coverage they would be happy to accommodate that request. I emailed the Finance Manager, Miran, stating our desire to add GAP coverage and clearly stated we would pay for the coverage out of pocket. He replied saying no problem, said it would be $537 and they would send a form to us to sign via email and call for our card information. That never happened. We followed up with Eric and he assured it was being worked on but the finance department had been busy. Followed up again while there to have our other Mazda maintenance done and were told it was being worked on. Finally they called to say that we can no longer purchase/add the GAP to the loan, despite it being their finance team dragging their feet. Very aggravating for them to drag us on like this.
